For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, we charge a cancellation fee of 40 euros. This also applies to free introductory sessions.

If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so well in advance to avoid the cancellation fee. When there are less than 24 hours remaining before the appointment, it cannot be cancelled via the cancellation link — instead, you must cancel by sending an email directly to your therapist.

For no-shows (appointments not cancelled at all), the full session fee will be charged.

An invoice will be sent to your email after the session. If there are any unpaid invoices before your next scheduled therapy session, the upcoming appointment will be automatically cancelled 24 hours in advance.

The email address provided in your booking will be added to the Con tè client register, which allows Con tè to contact you by email.
